01 How is this different from NPS or CSAT tools?

NPS gives you a number. CSAT gives you a five-point scale. HXIQ gives you a sourced, confidence-scored narrative your operator can act on without reading the report. The slider stops are richer than NPS, the AI fusion is closer to a research-quality summary, and the dashboard answers operator questions instead of presenting charts.

02 How long does setup typically take?

Pilots go live in 24 hours from sign-up. Enterprise deployments with SSO, custom residency, and BAA paperwork take 5–10 business days. We don't run quote-to-cash; we run quote-to-first-narrative.

03 Where is respondent data stored?

EU pilots default to eu-west-1 (Dublin). US pilots default to us-east-1 (Virginia). Asia-Pacific to ap-southeast-2 (Sydney). Region-pinning is per-project, configurable on day one, and never changes mid-flight.

04 Can we white-label the respondent surveys?

Yes — and per the brand guidelines, that's the canonical mode. Respondents see the project's brand, not HXIQ's. Custom domain, palette, logo, and tone of voice. The "powered by HXIQ" footer is opt-in.

05 What languages does the AI support?

Production: English, Spanish, French, German, Portuguese, Japanese. Beta: Italian, Dutch, Arabic, Korean. Voice transcription happens on-device when possible; otherwise in your selected region. We never round-trip respondent voice through a US model for an EU project.

06 How does the AI confidence indicator work?

Every claim in the synthesised narrative carries a paragraph-level confidence score from 0.00 to 1.00. Below 0.70 the dashboard surfaces it as "low confidence — review source quotes". Above 0.90 it's marked "well sourced". Hover any claim to see the underlying responses cited.

07 What's a typical response rate?

Median pilot rate sits between 38% and 64% depending on channel. Slider-first surveys roughly 3× SMS forms; 1.6× standard email pulses. The slider stops are doing a lot of the work — they look small, but the friction-to-answer ratio is what moves the number.

08 How does pricing scale if our pilot succeeds?

Pilot is free for 30 days, capped at 1,000 responses on a single project. Once you outgrow that, you move to Enterprise — pricing is shaped to your project count, response volume, residency, and regulatory needs. Per-project, not per-seat — invite your whole team without a billing event.
